Welcome to GIGA HARDWARE. These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your use of gigahardware.net (the Site) and every purchase made through it. By browsing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

GIGA HARDWARE is an online retailer of computer hardware and accessories, selling worldwide with prices displayed primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and other supported currencies at checkout.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from the Site. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately through the Contact Us page if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Products and Descriptions

We work hard to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor variations in colour, packaging or specification may occur, including manufacturer revisions made without notice. Product images may include optional accessories or props that are not part of the listing unless stated.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown inclusive of the listed amount only; shipping is calculated at checkout, and import duties or taxes for international orders are the recipient's responsibility. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel affected orders and refund them in full, and we will tell you why. Payment is collected at the time of order through the payment methods shown at checkout. We never store your full card details on our servers.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch the goods, at which point a contract is formed. We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions to your region; any payment taken for a declined order will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Delivery estimates, return rights, the 30-day return window and the 12-month limited warranty are described in our Shipping & Returns and Refund Policy pages, which form part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to breach security, scrape at abusive volume, submit false orders or reviews, infringe others' rights, or use the Site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts and cancel orders involved in abuse or fraud.

8. Intellectual Property

The GIGA HARDWARE name, logo, site design, product copy and original imagery are our property or used under licence, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Reviews and User Content

By submitting reviews or other content to the Site you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with the Site. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, off-topic or fraudulent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost gaming ranks - however tragic the last one may feel.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, courier failures, war, or governmental actions.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order applies to that order.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
