Where We Ship From

GIGA HARDWARE is based in Malaysia and ships worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation, and a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is on the move.

Delivery Times

Malaysia: 3-7 business days. International (worldwide): 7-14 business days.

These are estimates based on normal courier performance. Peak seasons, customs inspections and remote destinations can add time. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the top of its estimated window, contact us through the Contact Us page and we will chase the courier for you.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be shown on the site and applied automatically.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility. GIGA HARDWARE cannot predict, control or reimburse these charges.

Order Changes and Address Errors

We can amend an address or cancel an order only before dispatch. Contact us immediately via the Contact Us page with your order number. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer can be reshipped at the customer's cost, or refunded minus the original shipping fee.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before opening further and report it within 48 hours of delivery. If tracking confirms a parcel lost, we will reship or refund in full.

Returns

Return rules are strict and simple - see the Refund Policy page. In short: only unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days (customer pays return shipping); opened items are only eligible when a factory defect is verified. See the Refund Policy for full terms.
